Located on the Dell Children's Medical Center campus in the Mueller neighborhood, the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas operates a 34-private-room flagship house plus in-hospital Family Rooms, giving families of hospitalized children free lodging and support near the region's pediatric hospital for over 40 years.
